At our school, education is a shared journey. We believe students flourish best when parents and teachers work in harmony—nurturing curiosity, character, and a lifelong love for learning. This page is your guide to how we support that journey together.
Notes to the Parents
We recognize parents as the first and most vital educators.
🔹Teachers’ remarks will be shared via the school diary—please check it daily.
🔹Parents are encouraged to use the diary to communicate with teachers as well.
🔹Ensure your child arrives on time and regularly.
🔹Absence beyond 8 consecutive days without prior notice may lead to removal from the roll and require re-admission.
🔹A leave application is needed for planned absences.
🔹Your support with homework, discipline, and study routines is deeply appreciated.
🔹Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings and school events—you are always welcome!
🔹Parents should meet teachers only with prior approval from the Principal.
🔹Kindly schedule appointments during free periods or before/after class hours.
✅ Check the diary for updates and teacher remarks
✅ Supervise homework completion
✅ Monitor uniform, haircut, and punctuality
✅ Ensure correct books are packed as per the day’s routine
Our school’s discipline is built to foster self-growth, structure, and responsibility. Students and parents are expected to embrace these values as part of the school community.
🔹Carry the school diary and routine books every day.
🔹Maintain regular study hours and revise daily.
🔹Physical exercise in the afternoon is encouraged—it supports better learning!
🔹No gifts, collections, or fundraising without prior permission.
🔹Absences or tardiness must be explained in the regularity record or through a letter.
🔹Proper uniform is mandatory—students not in uniform may not be allowed in class.
🔹Students are not allowed to leave school during hours unless urgent.
🔹Damage to school property—students bear repair costs.
🔹Use of electronics like mobile phones, tablets, cameras, iPods, or laptops. ❗ Confiscated items will be held for one year.
🔹Misconduct or lack of cooperation in school activities.
🔹Leaving early before holidays or missing the reopening day (a fine will be charged).
Pray before and after your studies—may your efforts always be blessed.
