Notes to the Parents

  1. We acknowledge that the parents are the first and foremost educator. The school welcomes communications, participation collaboration bases on mutual trust and understanding.
  2.  Parents are informed that occasional remarks from the teachers are conveniently sent through the school diary and they are encouraged to do likewise. Parents are requested therefore to check their son’s/daughter’s diary every day.
  3.  Parents are earnestly requested to see that their children attend school punctually. They are asked to cooperate with the works of the school by enforcing regularity and discipline and by taking general interest in their children’s progress.
  4.  Parents should not meet teachers during school hours without the permission of the Principal. Appointment is to be made for a free class period, or before/after class hours.
  5.  See that your child carries book/exercise books according to the routine of that day.
  6.  See that your child does his/ her home work. Also see the teacher’s or Principal’s remarks on his/ her behavior, his/ her class work / home work
  7.  Check the haircut, uniform and punctuality of your child in the morning.
  8. If any complaint is to be made regarding the child’s teacher please see the Principal concerning it
  9.  Parents are expected to attend Parent’s- Teachers Meeting and other school functions to witch they are regularly invited.

General Rules of Conduct for Students

  1.  School discipline is intended to create an environment, which assists the self–development of student. Environment in this           school implies on the part of the students and parents a willingness to comply with the requirements and regulations of the     school
  2.  A student should carry his/her diary daily.
  3.  A student should carry his/her routine books and copies daily.
  4.  There is to be no collections of money or distribution of gifts without the permission of the Principal
  5.  A student should dedicate fixed period for personal studies and home works.
  6. Revise at the end of the day all that you study every day.
  7.  Do enough exercise in the afternoon. It will help you to study better.
  8.  Students who have been absent from the class or who come late for the class must have the reason entered in the regularity record stating briefly the cause of the absence or delay. (reason of a private nature may be submitted in a letter).
  9.  Parents must give prior information to the school by writing a leave application if the ward is absent for 8 consecutive days   without giving prior information his/her name shall be struck off from the register. In this case  he/she has to take re-admission
  10.  Habitual idleness, objectionable moral and indiscipline behavior are each a sufficient region for dismissal. Every student is urged to contribute to the high moral standard of the school by his/her manners and deportment.
  11.  Students are not allowed to go home during class hour except in the case of necessity.
  12.  Students must were the correct uniform; otherwise they are liable to be excluded from the class room.
  13.  Students are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings, which should be clearly marked with child’s name.   All   damage to school property must be repaired at the cost of the responsible for the damage.
  14.  Students are not allowed to being electronic gadgets like Mobile, IPod, Tablets, Camera, Laptop and Walkman in the school. If they are caught in the school then the things will be returned only after a year.
  15.  Pray before and after your studies that God may bless your efforts.
  16.  During long vacation: closing day & opening day attendance is compulsary or else you will be fined.
 

CLASS EVALUATION

                           There are certain behaviours for which the students may automatically incur a detention or suspension or even dismissal           at the Principal. Certain objectionable behaviour patterns are the following-:

  1.  Cheating in the examination.
  2.  Rudeness to any staff member.
  3.  Writing on or deliberately destroying the school furniture, eqipments, or the library books.
  4. “Bunking” of Class.
  5.  Using obscene or vulgar language or acting in an indecent manner.
  6.  Beings absent from the school without prior permission from the Principal and the teacher concerned.
  7.  Lack of co-operation in the school activities.
  8. Dishonesty of any short.
  9.  Any form of stealing.
  10.  Regularly not doing the homework or the class assignments.
